Nursing
Home health nurses which can be RN's or LVN's, provide clinical care directed by your physician & training for the patient and your caregiver. Your physician is able to follow in real time your care through a HIPPA compliant App called TigerConnect.
These are areas the
nurse will assist with:

Medication administration, including IV infusions

Perform head to toe physical assessments

Assist with mobility
Physical Therapy
Therapy for the preservation, enhancement or restoration of movement and physical function impaired or threatened by disease, injury or disability that utilizes therapeutic exercise, assistive devices along with patient education and training.
Speech Therapy
A speech therapist is also a guided discipline by your physician. First step will be an assessment given by a licensed speech therapist to determine the best course of treatment. Therapy may also include retraining of swallowing function if an injury or medical condition.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is the use of assessment and intervention to develop, recover or maintain the meaningful activities. They will work to get you functioning in your home environment.

Post Surgical Assistance
Recovering from home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. When you are recovering from major surgery, our compassionate caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery. Our highly skilled nurses offer wound care, colostomy care, diabetic teaching and care, pain management, IV infusion, post operative care and medication administration.
Instant PT/INR Testing
We can check your PT/INR by fingerstick and call your doctor to get your medication adjusted instantly.
